Grounded care for growing minds. Every child has areas where a little support helps them move closer to their full potential — with or without a diagnosis. Most families reach out because their child has autism, ADHD, or sensory processing differences, but the goal is the same for everyone: we partner with you and your child to build the skills and confidence that help them thrive.
Every plan is individualized — these are the areas a service might target, and the kinds of goals we build toward within each.
Families come to us at all different points — right after a diagnosis, in the middle of one, or long before any paperwork exists. Wherever you're starting, our work is the same: practical strategies that create visible, lasting change.
No jargon, no guessing at clinical terms — just a clear picture of what to expect.
One-on-one sessions in your own home, built around play-based assessment and observation — watching how your child (or family member) moves, regulates, and engages in their everyday environment, then shaping a plan around what we see.
Every session includes time to talk through what's working at home, so strategies travel with you — not just with us.
A short, no-pressure call to talk through what you're seeing and whether we're a good fit — before anything is scheduled.
Staff training for daycares, schools, and group homes on sensory-informed, regulation-focused care.
My name is Madiha Sultan, and I hold a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from McMaster University. I bring over a decade of clinical experience working with children, teens, and adults with developmental disabilities, autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, and sensory processing concerns. My approach is grounded in the belief that individuals do their best work — at home, at school, and in life — when they feel safe and regulated in their own bodies.
Throughout my career, I have supported not only the individuals I work with directly, but also the people around them, including parents and caregivers, teachers, support workers, and school and day program staff. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing dysregulation related to sensory processing, helping them develop strategies that fit meaningfully into their everyday lives.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy staying active at the gym, reading, and hiking throughout the GTA.
